Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. 2. Refunds:

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@newton99.com. Together, we will attempt to find a quick solution to the problem. It might be necessary for you to submit photographic proof of the damage or flaw.

4. Exchanges:

Newton99 Foundation does not offer direct exchanges. Please use the aforementioned return procedure and place a new order for the desired item separately if you would want to swap an item.

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:
